Kids & Dogs: We love kids and dogs and have several ourselves. However, we’ve created a relaxing environment designed to create beauty and wellness that is not set up to accommodate them or their safety.
We don’t allow dogs or other animals other than “Trained Service Animals.” (This applies to all/any animals.)We do allow children 8 years to 18 years accompanied by an adult at all times and within their control. We don’t allow young children or infants.
We look forward to creating a relaxing experience for you and our other guests free from these responsibilities.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Ultimately we sell time, time for amazing haircuts, dynamic hair color and relaxing spa services and overall relaxation. Therefore, if you’re not able to make your appointment within 24 hours we’re less then likely to sell it to someone else. So, we require a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Any cancellations or reschedules inside of the 24-hour notice will result in a forfeiture of any voucher, gift card.
ALL RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD TO SECURE AN APPOINTMENT.
We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price when guests fail to cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Any no shows will be subject to 100% of the service total for that appointment.
Gift Card Policy:
Gift cards never expire, are not transferrable, and not refundable.
*Cash payments can still be made for all services, however all services still require a credit or debit card in order to secure the appointment.
